Perform paper machine equipment technical service to customer.
Perform installation, commissioning, startup, optimization and audit services for paper machine in Asia.
Offer technical support (remote/field) and/or field trouble-shooting, rebuild project service to customers.
Train customer’s technical personnel for operation and maintenance of paper machine products.
Monitor and resolve recurring problems to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Technical support for sales
Issue service report after each service.
Establish and maintain ongoing positive relationships with customers to develop their future business.
Build up service competence to promote Voith service offering.
College degree or above of mechanical engineering
At least 5 years’ experience of paper machine automation and electrical system maintenance in paper mill
With installation, commissioning and start up experience.
Have knowledge of circuit diagrams, function logic diagrams and has the ability to identify the errors and advise/communicate with engineering to correct it.
Know well about Automation system, including Siemens PCS7、SIMATIC PANEL、SIMATIC S7300-400（F）, frequency converter, SINAMICS G, SINAMICS S, and system commissioning.
Average English and Mandarin;
Skillful in using PC and relevant software
Familiar with paper making process
Good communication skill
